LEGENDS OF THE FALL

Since fall is coming soon .. I think its the right time to make a quick recap for the shoes trends of fall 2010 – 2011..

good thing about them is that they are very diverse ..fresh ..and definitely every fashion forward girl will find one or more style that works for her ..

I’ve previously wrote about the thigh high boots one of the MAJOR trends of the season and on how can a girl wear them properly ..

here is how I will break it down for you ..

as I was going through the fall 2010 – 2011 shows I was trying to put each trend in a separate group but the more I search and see the more I find out that most of the designers and fashion houses had combined more than one shoe trend in their designs ..

so I thought of a simple way to talk about them and show them to you in the easiest way possible ..

each trend will have a number ..and that number will be tagged on the shoe belonging to that trend weather its a single , double or even triple trend in some cases ..

hope this way is as easy as it seems to me ..

واستخدمت فيها طريقه مبتكره معروفه ب‘digi-broidery’ ويعني التطريز الرقمي..
المجموعه تمتلك حس مميز لها وتحملنا الى عالم سحري من الالوان الزاهيه مزيج من خيال طفله ونقوشات تبين اتقان الحرفيه الشرقيه..
تبعثرت رسومات جمعت بين احذيه لوبوتان احمر شفاه حلويات وكعكات صغيره التفت حول طيور خياليه مرصعه بالمجوهرات وفراشات ملونه..
تصاميم رائعه لابد من ان تمتلكها الفتاه العصريه في خزانتها ..
القطع تتواجد في محلات قليله جدا وبأعداد محدوده تبتدء اسعارها من 225 جنيه استرليني مايعادل ال1350 ريال سعودي ..
لا استبعد ان يكون لها مستقبل باهر ..فهي تتمتع بذوق راقي ومواكب للحاضر ..

NEW PLANS FOR NEW YORK !!

New York fashion week is coming in a new look and events !..

the new plans  were reviled a couple of days ago in a presentation at the Lincoln Center the new location of the fashion week instead of Bryant park after holding it for years..

the space will be much bigger than the tents of Bryant park in every way..

the new chief planner ex-vogue staffer stephanie wolkoff explained what was going to be held then ..
-the guests will be walking on a huge red carpet..
-a spacious lobby which has a schedule of the events held those days..
-a larger runway ..
-the shows will be held at the Theater at Lincoln Center, a 969 seat venue with a larger backstage area..
-a very big video wall for the designers to play videos at their shows..
-the stage is the new name for the promenade , it has a 740 seating space..
-the Lincoln Center also has one presentation room (the box) which can hold up to 125 seats..
-another interesting thing is bar-coding the invitations by the designers so the guests would check-in themselves at the shows..
-thirteen poster-size television screens along 65th Street. Designers can live-stream their shows onto these..
-possibility of pop-up shops..
-fashion related lectures..

احتفل نخبه من افضل المصممات الايطاليات واصحاب اكبر دور الازياء في العالم بكوكا كولا لايت ,حيث صمم ك دار قاروره للمشروب بطابع خاص يعكس حس كل دار ..

السبب الرئيسي لهذا الاحتفال هو جمع مبالغ ريعها للمنكوبين من زلزال ابروزو الذي الحق الضرر الكبير لسكان المنطقه..

وتم بيع القوارير خلال مزاد في حفل “Tribute to Fashion”..

Emanuel Ungaro Fall 2010 RTW

well,, its seems that the departure of Lindsay Lohan was good obviously ! because last S/S collection was a complete disaster !! ..

the designer Estrella Archs combined textures of silk -chiffon- a blended fabric that is used for men suits ..

polka dots-animal prints-emerald-hot pink and some floral were the color palette she used in this collection..

it was all about simple silhouettes some ruched party dresses , some draping , and some layering with blazers ..

with out a doubt this is the greatest collection he ever designed ! ..

that what makes losing him even worse than it was..

every piece was a one of a kind , a masterpiece , absolute perfection ..

the presentation had the imperial taste to it ..

rococo style embroidery black capes and red puffed dresses and of course gold feathered floor length dress

almost 80 to 85% of the stars were gorgeous ..

Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2010 RTW

I know its two days late .. I was kinda busy :p

looking at this show assures me that velvet and lace are so huge next winter !!.. I’ll be writing about that once Paris fashion week is over next week ..

now lets go back to Dolce & Gabbana..

the clothes were soooo feminine with a slight touch of masculinity with the black blazers ..

I loved the lace detailing mixed with the flashy colored satin pieces .. also with the Gray jerseys ..

lingerie was a major player in the resent collections they made and it seems that its still is ..

there were hardly any patterns or prints other than the animal print which the existence of it in every collection is almost out of the question every time lol.. ans a few applique flowers ..

it was overall very classy ..

-loved the color pallets  .. black – nude – gray and a very little splash of red and yellow..

-l0ved the look of Sasha Pivovarova with all the embellishments and earrings she looked like if she was dipped in a treasures chest .. me want

-the velvet dresses would look great on the red carpet (all of them .. all colors) ..

-the bags and shoes beautifully complement the pieces ..
