التشابه سبق وكان متعمد في عام 2007 بحمله صغيره قام بها مجموعه من المصممين الي عملو قطع احياء للشخصيات الجميله ..

في امتداد لتكريم الفنان الامريكي Stephen Sprouse من قبل الدار الفرنسيه للجلديات والملابس Louis Vouitton ..

تم اطلاق حقيبه Alma الشهيره بشكل جديد من نوع vernis  بطبعه للروز الي اطلقت قبل فتره من مجموعه glow in the dark الملفته للأنظار ..

الحقيبه من مقاس MM .. وتأتي بثلاث الوان لها اسامي مميزه :Rose Pop, Vert Tonic and Orange Sunset

وسعرها :$2,730

كما انه يوجد نفس الحركه الحلوه مع coin purse  ..

Jean Charles de Castelbajac Triumph of the Sign

Fashion designer Jean Charles de Castelbajac bring his penchant for fusion art with the opening of his first solo show entitled Triumph of the Sign at Paradise Row in London.

In Triumph of the Sign, Castelbajac presents a series of paintings that articulate his fascination with, broadly, the tensions and synergies between high art and consumer culture, and most specifically that defining element of contemporary visual culture – the brand logo. In a process that mirrors the production of mass-consumer goods, Castelbajac commissioned painters in China to perfectly reproduce a series of Western masterpieces, from Bronzino to Manet, and another group to paint logos on the surfaces of the copied masterpieces. The resulting works ironically embrace a flattening of hierarchies, a breakdown of distinctions and an evacuation of content

I really would love to have one of these on my wall.

A FASHION EPIC

I have been wanting to post about this for weeks ..but unfortunately I was busy..

as I said before the last fashion shows of fall 2009-2010 was so disappointing for me eccept for some designers who struck out on their own..

BUT only one show that really captured me..

JOHN GALLIANO

he took us into the frozen folklore of Russian -Balkan..

the models were walking in a snowstorm down the runway

and the music was so inspiring ..

it was clear that he did a ton of research into folk costume

I absolutely loved the  jackets- full skirts -the pompom boots – the sledge heels -the makeup-and all the embellishments  ..

Toward the end, the show moved into more traditional Galliano territory with a sequence of spun-silver bias-cut dresses that had all the delicate romance his fans adore..

Galliano described his vision of the show as “virgin brides”
