Valentino Pre-Fall 2010

Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli gave us a presentation full of frills-ruffles-beading embellishments and laces ..

its the first time for them to use red ..but ditching the typical red chiffon Mr.Valentino uses for red patent leather they used on a trench and a biker pants..they’ve shown us also the goth look in few pieces ..

we loved the beige big tulle ball gown …

تم افتتاح فلم Valentino: The Last Emperor في نيويورك بحظور كبير من المشاهير من الفنانين ومصممي الازياء الكبار ..

الفلم عباره عن فلم وثائقي يدور حول المصمم المعروف Valentino ..

الافتتاح كان يوم الثلاثاء 18 مارتش في متحف الفنون المعاصره في نيويورك ..

احداث الفلم تدور حول كواليس اخر عرض للمصمم قبل تقاعده العام الي فات ..وعن حياته الخاصه وكيف يعيش في بيته بعيد عن العروض ومع (كلابه المحبوبه طبعا )..

من الحظور ..

بعد اقاله المصممه Alessandra Facchinetti من منصبها كمصممه دار valention  بعد موسمين فاشلين بالنسبه للدار وتمت ترقية فريق المجوهرات والاكسسوارات للدار واصبحوا المصممين للكوتور والملابس..  Maria Grazia Chiuri & Pier Paolo Piccioli ظهروا بأول تشكيله لهم قبل امس وتم العرض في قاعده محاظرات في جامعه السوربون..

الثنائي اظهر لنا مجموعه وصفها النقاد بأنها مجموعه محترمه وتليق بأسم المصصم المتقاعد وبأسم الدار العريقه..المجموعه كانت انيقه و راجعه لقواعد valentino وكانت “ladylike”  لدرجه ان شكل العارضات النحيلات كان غريب مع الموديلات المعروضه..

الاوان حلوه والمميز في التشكيله انه مافيها ثيم معين يظغى على كل الموديلات واحتمال ان السبب هو انه مصممين مختلفين قامو بتصميم المجموعه ..

يصعب الحكم على الثنائي حاليا ولكن موضعهم بيكون تحت المجهر بعد اسابيع وقت عروض ال Prêt á porter  لكن حاليا بيكون الوظع المستحب هو انه يبقون كوول لمصلحه الدار ولتخفيف الدراما الي كانت حوله الفتره الاخيره ..

McQueen’s couture sensibilities are breathtaking in close-up, where the
detail of flowers and birds becomes visible in lace underlayers, and
then in lace ankle-wrappings incorporated in shoes. He also gave us a long passage of bright, multicolored allover prints..

Chanel

It was a charming, expensive shot of  fun rolled out with allot of confidence. Lagerfeld said the theme was inspired by a grayish
portrait by Marie Laurencin, who painted Coco Chanel in the twenties..

there were the tweeds, bows, camellias, and pretty cocktailwear..

Valentino

A few days ago, a Valentino executive was quoted in the Italian press
as saying it would be “inelegant” to comment on the rumor that
Alessandra Facchinetti is on her way out. Never a truer word has been
spoken..

So watching Facchinetti’s show was a weird experience for those who had
been tracking signs of her sensitivity , her gentle touch with chiffon and ruffles, modernized by a
refined taste for no-color colors. It was always going to take time to
do a good renovation job on Valentino’s daywear..
